Wines

The wine list of Il Cavaliere restaurant enhances the proposal of Castello di Gabbiano winery with all Chianti Classico, Supertuscan and Special Selections labels produced by the estate.
To enrich and complete the restaurant wine list a fine selection of wines from Tuscany, from all Italian regions and some from leading French and German wine production areas
The Cavaliere’s wine list is constantly updated with labels selected by Marcello Crini together with the restaurant team.

The wine cellar at Il Cavaliere is a place that is always open to welcome guests, offers the opportunity to arrange guided tours of the castle’s cellars and tastings, as well as to purchase Castello di Gabbiano wines directly.
